We have split the eprints.org website in two. The home of the software
is now:
  software.eprints.org which contains
   - the mailing lists
   - the documentation
   - the software download page

  eprints.org has been simplified, and now covers all the eprints related
  projects at southampton, not just the software.

In a very broad sense:
  eprints.org is for managers (eprints-underground) covering strategy, philosophy,
   politics etc.
  software.eprints.org is for techies (eprints-tech)
