FastCGI/IIS for script languages other than PHP - eg. Perl, Python, etc?

where you discuss having problems configuring a FastCGI ISAPI to work
with IIS. I am now trying to do the same thing (except I'm setting mine
up for Perl, not Python) and am having the same problem. Did you ever
learn what the problem was and how to correct it?
