Hi,

The fastcgi script could be found by the server;

FastCGI: can't start server "/home/temple/public_html/test.fcgi" (pid 
1460), execle() failed: No such file or directory

If the script does exist #!/usr/local/bin/ruby  may not exist at that 
location.
