Updated to support Apache 2.1.3-dev. Will not work with older versions of Apache.

Added support for "--enable-fastcgi", and "--enable-fastcgi=static" to Apache's configure. In the top-directory of Apache 2.1.x source tree, extract this SNAP, and use the latest version of autoconf to run the ./buildconf script. Use tar to extract the mod_fastcgi SNAP source into modules/fastcgi.

Using the "latest" and "greatest" version of "everything" works for us, but obviously there are bugs, errors, and such with all non-trivial software.  Also, GB uses numerous patches not directly related to this mod_fastcgi SNAP.  The SNAP has *only* been tested on a GB appliance:  http://www.goldenbluellc.com/ 

The recent discussions on the list prompted me to release our mod_fastcgi SNAP.  Some assembly required.
