Fastcgi processes accessing 1.5G shared memory segments failing

 
when I tried running Fastcgi process which accesses 1.5G of shared memory
segment, it is giving the following error.
 
[Sun Apr 24 04:06:32 2005] [warn] FastCGI: server
"/usr/share/httpd/cgi-bin/data-server.cgi" (pid 26118) terminated due to un
caught signal '9' (Killed)
 
The fastcgi process actually tries to write all the 1.5G data in shared
memory segment to local file system.
 
Anyone who had experienced with this kinda error, please reply back
