mod_fastcgi apache1.3.33 compile errors

Hi Developers,

I'm currently trying to compile mod_fastCGI in our server and running
into compile errors.  I've looked everywhere and have not been able to
find any advice on how to fix this.

Here's the server stats and story...

any help would be most appreciated..!
