Hi people !

I tried to configure apache this way that it launches the
php4 as an fastcgi process. that works well as long as 
i am using only virtualhosts... but i also need to support 
userdirs in the form server/~user/some.php.
In this case, the php binary is always run as the user
configured for the whole virtual server.
is this a bug in fastcgi or is that scenario not supported
by fastcgi or is that an config failure on my side ?
