FastCGI in Prolog (SWI)

I have implemented a foreign interface for SWI-Prolog in Windows (DLL). 
The relevant file to be added to libfastcgi source code and the compiled 
DLL can be found at the URL 
http://gollem.science.uva.nl/twiki/pl/bin/view/Foreign/FastCGI. I am not 
an expert of FastCGI; the example runs without problems on Apache 2 + 
mod_fastcgi-2.4.0 + WindowsXP.
