cout instead of FCGX_FPrintF (c++)

Wouldn't you like to help me?

In a fastcgi/c++ application I can use (via "fcgio.h" or "fcgiapp.h") 
the function FCGX_FPrintF to send data to a web browser.

Is it possible (and how to get it) to use iostream-like notation "cout"?
