Hi Patrick,

It took me very little time to move from CGI to FAST-CGI, so it should
not be a big issue you.

Although you "Header" function is a little bite different from mine,
your porting code seems correct.

Is this code working fine as a "normal CGI"?
Can you test with a plain "Hello World"?
Can you check your log, maybe FastCGI share object is not find and
cannot be loaded?
