IIS fast cgi implementation

Just an FYI, the fastcgi IIS plugin I did a while back (linked to from 
the main page on fastcgi.com) has been moved into cvs on php.net where 
some other php developers are working on it.  You can find it at 
http://cvs.php.net/ and instructions for anonymous access at 
http://www.php.net/anoncvs.php

I do not know if they intend to make binaries available, but with the 
free microsoft compiler available, most people should be able to build it.
