Recommendations for C/C++ CGI Library?

Hello all,

I'm using FastCGI development kit for C/C++ to develop
fastcgi applications. I started with fcgi_studio.h approach
and now changed to FCGIX interface. The cgi libraries I tried
before won't work because FCGIX interface has different ways
to get the environment variables, etc. I know cgicc works
with FCgiX interface but cgicc doesn't really have what I
need in a cgi library, for example, it doesn't have url escape,
html escape, etc.

I wonder if anyone has good experience with some CGI libraries
that works with FCGIX (fctiapp.h approach)?
