Hi,

this patch 
  http://www.suse.de/~poeml/patches/apache2-mod_fastcgi/mod_fastcgi-2.4.2-apache22.dif
makes the apache module compile with httpd 2.2.

All obsolete apache 1.3 function calls are replaced with their apr
counterparts. 

If the module was able to compile with apache 1.3 beforehand (I didn't
check), this functionality will be lost then.
