Installing in Apache 2 running under CentOS 4 - Help

 i have problem in install fastcgi...even follow the installation guide. Please help me out .. Thank you
 
 as i changed the path to my /etc/httpd fpr apache 2
 
 [root@localhost mod_fastcgi-2.4.2]# make
 Makefile:12: /etc/httpd/build/special.mk: No such file or directory
 make: *** No rule to make target `/etc/httpd/build/special.mk'.  Stop.
 [root@localhost mod_fastcgi-2.4.2]# make install
 Makefile:12: /etc/httpd/build/special.mk: No such file or directory
 make: *** No rule to make target `/etc/httpd/build/special.mk'.  Stop.
