Almost there

Almost have php working under fastcgi.  Apache seems to handle the
request and exec the php4-fcgi wrapper script however, instead of
running the php4-fcgi binary it just dumps the contents of the script.
What am I doing wrong???
 
 PHPRC="/etc" export PHPRC PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN=8 export PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN
PHP_FCGI_MAX_REQUESTS=5000 export PHP_FCGI_MAX_REQUESTS exec
/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/php4-fcgi
