Maximum number of environment variables we can import

hi all,
 
I am accessing environment variables into my FCGI application by using
-inital-env option. 
But now i have reached the maximum limit of 67 (64 + 3).
 
So apache is throwing this error
invalid value for -initial-env: too many variables, must be <=
MAX_INIT_ENV_VARS
 
Is there any way to imcrease the vaue of this MAX_INIT_ENV_VARS ??
