FCGI problem

Hi,
        I am running apache-fcgi  on solaris machine.For some time this 
server works fine but later hangs giving following error message:

[warn] FastCGI: scheduled the start of the last (dynamic) server 
"/fcgi-bin/abc/xyz/mymodule.pm" process: reached dynamicMaxClassProcs (10)

can any one help ?
