fcgi doesn't work on windows

Hi, there is problem when I tried to run echo example on my apache 2.0.
55 win32.

configs:
* mod_fastcgi-2.4.2-AP20.dll
* fcgi-2.4.1-SNAP-0311112127 (compiled with vc6 sp6)
* windows xp with sp2

error:
* apache process hang with 100% cpu and output nothing.

I've added AddHandler & SetHandler for fastcgi-script and directory 
settings for fcgi in httpd.conf. The libfcgi.dll also in exec path and  
echo example works properly in cmd window.

Did I miss some configs?
