dynamic apps

Hi all,
Is there a way in which I can invoke a single instance of
a fastcgi application per browser connection?
I had assumed that the dynamic method would do just this,
but however may times I point my browser at the fastcgi
app, I only get a single instance running, and all the
clients connect to it.
What I really want is for each client to have its own
copy of the app running. Is this possible?
