I transferred a Web site with RT Wiki v3-0-7_01 from one server to another and I have been trying to get RT to work. I copied every thing over from the old to the new server.

When I run this command at the prompt line, I get the following error:

  [/opt/rt3/bin]# ./mason_handler.fcgi
  Can't locate loadable object for module FCGI in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/rt3/local/lib /opt/rt3/lib /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.2 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7/CGI/Fast.pm line 19

I installed all required modules including CGI::FAST, yet I can't figure out what else I should install to get RT to work. I didn't install mod_perl.

In /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log I get the following error:

[warn] FastCGI: (dynamic) server "/opt/rt3/bin/mason_handler.fcgi" has failed to remain running for 30 seconds given 3 attempts, its restart interval has been backed off to 600 seconds

I'd really appreciate any help to solve this issue.
