Download Windows fastcgi lib - problems with nmake, too

I've downloaded the fastcgi Windows library code and have read I just need
'nmake -f Makefile.nt' to create the lib file.  However, I'm having all kinds of
problems with nmake not being able to find all the include files to make this
work.  Probably I don't have env variables set right but I'm wondering why, and
if, there isn't an already compiled and working lib file I can just download.

Of course, if someone can tell me why nmake can't find the fastcgi include files
that would be great, too.
