server terminated due to uncaught signal '14'

Hi all,

our nonprofit organization is using fastcgi module.
Today we found out strange behaviour, some parts of web pages are not
displayed (white blank page) or The page cannot be displayed error.

>From apache error log:

[Tue Jul 11 12:09:19 2006] [warn] FastCGI: (dynamic) server "/home/www/cgi/epo.f
cgi" (pid 3756) terminated due to uncaught signal '14' (Alarm clock)

We're using Apache/2.0.47, perl v5.8.7, psql (PostgreSQL) 8.0.4
It was working before, at the morning I restore the database and error occured.

Please does anyone of you know, what's the error and what should I do?
