Actually, not sure if anyone actually tried threaded.c example in
fcgi-2.4.0. I tried it and the speed is extremely poor - a request takes 2 to 3
seconds. I tried it with Apache and lighttpd - same result.
There were other reports in the mailing list of similar results.
The single threaded examples are fast. There could be some
synchronization issues but I didn't dig into it.
