HP-UX Build successful

FYI (as requested at - http://www.fastcgi.com/mod_fastcgi/INSTALL), I've 
managed to build and run FastCGI apps on the following

swbuild-host$ uname -s -r -v -m
HP-UX B.11.23 U ia64
