FastCgi on Apache 2.2.3 on Windows

Hello, 

I can't get working fastcgi with Apache 2.2.3 on Windows.

I put the latest dll in the modules section of Apache and add a LoadModules line in httpd.conf, but my service can't start. Do you know how can I do that?
I don't have Visual C++ 6.0 to build the module.

Any help please!!!
