Originally, Open Market was the license owner but I'm not sure where that 
has gone too.

However, looking at the Open Market license, you should be ok doing what 
you want.  Here's the original license:

You might try fatwire.com.  They aquired part of Open Market's assets (see 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenMarket for more history)

Here's the part of the license that looks to me like you are in the clear:

Open Market permits you to use, copy, modify, distribute, and license
this Software and the Documentation for any purpose, provided that
existing copyright notices are retained in all copies and that this
notice is included verbatim in any distributions.  No written
agreement, license, or royalty fee is required for any of the
authorized uses.  Modifications to this Software and Documentation may
