FastCGI on IIS Issue

When following the directions to add the registry entries.. when using AppPath of c:\PHP\php.exe , my php pages are blank.. no code what so ever. I see multiple php.exes in the taskmanager. If I change this to php-cgi.exe, then my php pages work properly.
