Form values not being seen

How does one subscribe to the list as the link doesn't appear to be working
I have a problem that I need to see if I can get help to.

On the possibility that this actually goes thru:

I have a program with that stores cookies and has form fields and
only loads the form fields when the instance starts but ignores it after 
that.
It creates and retrieves the cookie fine but only gets the form fields once.

I'm really puzzled and after hours of looking I haven't found anything 
that really talks about this.
