Re: mod_fastcgi installation issue (win32)

I downloaded apache2.2.4-win32-x86-no_ssl and
mod_fastcgi-2.4.2-AP20.dll. However, I get the message about the file
(fastcgi) not being found when trying to LoadModule in my httpd.conf
file. I've read others have had this same issue and also read that the
pre-compiled mod_fastcgi.dll works with apache2.

 

Can you clarify what version of pre-compiled fastcgi module and apache2
server work together?

If I need to recompile mod_fastcgi.dll on Windows to get it to work,
which source do I need and what compiler options?
