i am trying to create a .fcgi page that will be accessed on web browser. What I want to do I guess using perl and fcgi is to check to see if a cookie name exists and if it does then do task if it doesn't redirect to another page. Can someone please help me with this i have read the FCGI documentation but its pretty basic.
