TCP/IP sockets

Hello, fastcgi-developers.

I use fcgi-2.4.0 for creating FastCGI application.
I have few question:

fastCGI application may have listening TCP/IP socket, through which it
accepts connections from a Web server. How must I use libfcgi to
create such application?
How I understand, FCGX_OpenSocket creates FastCGI listen socket
for Unix sockets(named pipe for WinNT) only.

Please, point me on solution.
