ok i think i didnd't express the problem detailed enought
imagine an application with 5k users loged in avarage. that means about 10 
requests a second. let each of those requests take 2 seconds then you'r 
doomed.
this is not even due to a intened DoS.  
just imagine 10 users upload 10 images in paralell.

it shows howto reproduce the problem too.
