well there are two solutions: reantrance and starting another instance.
the former is what i currently have.  the latter is what i expetected lighty 
to do with this buffer (it's a temporary file) but it didn't. i hope apache 
can handle it better. currently installing it.

yep. going to report back when i tested it.

UPDATE:
tested with apache in the same environment and with the same application. it 
works like a charm. when all the 5 instances are blocked it starts another 
one. canceled requests are handled just fine too.
althought i hate apache for it's complexity i will stick with it since "NOT A 
BUG" is not quiet the answer i would have expected from the lighty devs.
