I've been seeing a crash in OS_Accept().. I can't seem to figure out
what I am doing to cause it. I have a multithreated fastcgi app that
uses FCGX_Accept_r.

I've looked at the core files, and I don't seem to be getting a full
stack dump.

(gdb) bt
#0 OS_Accept (listen_sock=Cannot access memory at address 0x9
) at os_unix.c:1214
Cannot access memory at address 0x1

I'm not really sure what would cause crashes like this, any ideas?
