Web hosting with fastcgi

Does anyone know of a web hosting service that supports fast CGI?

All my programs are compiled C++ executables.  I'm very interested in
switching to fastcgi.

Because I have compiled CGI programs I also need telnet access in order to
compile (can't figure out how to cross-compile linux executables for
different systems).  Or I guess if the server was on windows that would work
too.
