STDOUT PROBLEM

Hi, i'm a newbie in fastcgi, and i was compile some examples of fastcgi
pack, but when i compile echo-cpp.cpp example, and run it, there's no
console stdout print, when run in apache the log show me premature end of
headers. I think that error is because fastcgi binary compiled in CPP don't
have anyone stdout, but when i compile C example it was one printed message.
But stdout nothing with CPP. Tks
