Well, I guess it's not fair to say it doesn't work very well. I just
don't like it :) I dislike that it neglects the functionality of
iostreams in favour of what I perceive as being a somewhat clunky,
inefficient and leaky underlying C interface. That's why I like fastcgi
++ ( http://fastcgipp.com ).
