FCGX_Accept_r fails

I wrote an app in C++ running on Ubuntu 10.04...works great.  Built the code
on an amazonaws hosted Ubuntu server and FCGX_Accept_r returns -88 every
time.

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
