Compile on Windows using Visual Studio 2008

I am trying to use the FastCGI library with Visual Studio 2008.

The library successfully compiles and libfcgi.dll is generated. Upon trying
to compile a simple example the compile error "libfcgi.dll: fatal error
LNK1107: invalid or corrupt file: cannot read at 0x308" is generated.

Is there an easy way to compile the FASTCGI library on windows using Visual
Studio 2008?
