I wasn't sure what FastCgiIpcDir was, but after looking through the mailing list archives, I think it's an Apache configuration setting. This doesn't apply to me, because I'm not using Apache. I'm using a custom webserver, called "userver" (micro-server). I'm not putting the UNIX domain socket node anywhere under an NFS mount. I've just been putting it in /tmp, which is a local filesystem.
