Thanks to Chris's help, the draft spec is now available at:

    http://dev.w3.org/webfonts/WOFF/spec/

This includes a proposed <extension> element (and sub-elements) for the metadata block, as outlined yesterday, as well as initial drafts of new "best practice" appendices as suggested in the WG.

Feedback is of course welcome.
