Do blackletter fonts correctly =E2=80=93 and probably depending on =
language =E2=80=93 make =E2=80=98ch=E2=80=99, =E2=80=98ck=E2=80=99, =
=E2=80=98=C5=BFt=E2=80=99 and =E2=80=98tz=E2=80=99 required ligatures? =
Otherwise a major use-case of =E2=80=98letter-spacing=E2=80=99, i.e. =
=E2=80=9CSperrsatz=E2=80=9D, would break.

PS: Yes, there are actual web pages using Fraktur (or similar) as their =
main font, even if these are mostly fora for Fraktur fans.=
