merged. Is it?

BTW, since plugin-related FreeMarker changes will not be released
until the DLTK plugin is released (or at least not those with public
API-s) and that will most certainly be later than the 2.3.21 release,
we will have to do all this in its own branch anyway. So instead of
using your private repo, you could just branck out 2.3-gae-dltk from
2.3-gae on github.com/freemarker/freemarker/. Then of course, your
pull request can be safely applied on that, and the further ones need
not be pull requests.

(The DBGP *protocol* supports these of course, but I guess that wasn't
the question.)

Stepping (stepInto, setpOver, setOut) need to be implemented inside
the freemarker.core. I will try to push out 2.3.21 in the not-so-far
future, and then implement these. Or earlier if needed. The debugger
API will have to provide methods for stepping too, of course
