OK, I have merged the debugging refactoring patch into the 2.3-gae-tools branch (without the SPI commit). So you can now check out 2.3-gae-tools from https://github.com/freemarker/freemarker.git and continue the work there. You probably won't do merges yourself, but to be sure, note that merges should only go from the 2.3-gae into 2.3-gae-tools, not the other way around. So if you want to make change that you want to be part of 2.3.21, you should make it against 2.3-gae and then merge the *whole* 2.3-gae into 2.3-gae-tools. So what's next in 2.3-gae-tools: - I will roll back the "supendAfter" changes as we have discussed earlier - You (or me) should add DebuggerServiceSingleton and static getInstance() and setInstance() in it. getInstance() should create the instance based on system properties, if it was still null. -- Thanks, Daniel Dekany ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Get your SQL database under version control now! Version control is standard for application code, but databases havent caught up. So what steps can you take to put your SQL databases under version control? Why should you start doing it?
