I have forgotten to mention some changes, and I'm not sure if you
watch the commit messages...

Now ParseException has get getEndLine and getEndColumn methods.

Also, I have add the "data" property to Breakpoint that you can use to
attach an arbitrary object (as far as it can be safely de-serialized
on any debugged server). You could store the source File with it.
