Re: "freemarker", "site" and "docgen" Git repos moved to ASF

That's great!
Could we be benefited from GitHub integration (Apache git mirror on
Github) as well? In other projects such as commons-scxml, it was done
with INFRA ticket [1]. This could help more people get involved easily.
