What's your HTTP servlet framework? Spring? Struts? FreemarkerServlet? We can help you with FreemarkerServlet. For Spring and Struts, you should turn to their forums. I had to deal with setting the content type of responses for a Spring webapp earlier - try Google with the usual keywords (i.e. "content type spring freemarker") and see what you get. Attila.
