That was the idea of being Visigoths. OTOH, it seems that the "Hun 
Software Society" is more accurate, at the moment. But that doesn't 
sound as good IMO. It sounds about as good the "Goth Software Society", 
which is maybe at best a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10.

But two extra syllables really makes a big difference and I think the 
"Visigoth Software Society" sounds pretty cool, like maybe 9 on a scale 
of 1 to 10, and I haven't come up with anything that is a 10.

It also presents a positive, progressive message. In the dark ages, the 
Huns and Visigoths used to kill one another, but now the Huns have 
joined the Visigoths to pursue a higher goal. (Of course, probably back 
then they joined together sometimes for the higher goal of killing 
Romans, but leaving that aside...)

The point is that if this is possible, that means that the Irish 
Catholics can reconcile with the Protestants or the Kosovars with the 
Serbs or the Israelis with the Palestinians. Even if it takes another 15 
centuries or so, it is possible, and that is still a positive, 
progressive  message.
