You can set up a repository in the shell service space offered by
SourceForge.net, the central repository can then use rsync over ssh
for sync'ing.  Unless you want to host it somewhere else, like on
freemarker.org.

You can then have a target in your Ant build to deploy the "artifacts"
to your repository whenever you make a new FreeMarker release.
