My evil spirit lives inside the freemarker-xxx.tar.gz and then when you open it, the evil spirit jumps out. Anyway, in other matters, for a while now, I've been meaning to just say: "Let's push out a freemarker 2.4 preview release in whatever state it's in. And I mean, forget all the perfectionism for now. It's a preview, that's all. Just roll it up and stick it up there and announce it.
